Well for starters it’s fattening, and then there is the fact that it has limited to no nutritional value, and a study showed that if drank a can of soda a day you would gain 6 lbs in a year.
That’s just for soda, so dream what that estimate would go up to if you threw in a burger and fries too.
The next step is to add more water to your diet. The least estimate of water you should consume a day is 8 glasses. Any less and you’re cheating yourself.
Water is also a natural hunger suppressant so that means you will eat less, and eating less leads to a healthier best seeing you.
Now that you are drinking more water and eating less fast food you should be seeing some good results, but there is still more to be done.
